Procedure to become LIC AGENT

FOUNDER AND TEAM LEADER

DOCUMENTS

  • 4 colour passport size photo
  • Photo copy of age proof document = birth certificate/ school leaving certificate
  • Photo copies of educational certificates = 10th and 12th class marksheet
  • Address proof document= light bill/ ration card / voter id / passport
  • Photo copy of Aadhar Card
  • Photo copy of PAN card

FEES

  • Rs. 150 for registration
  • Rs. 500/- for online exam

REGISTRATION

  • For joining LIC OF INDIA as insurance advisor
  • You have to register with us flling your details in registration form and Later by submiting your documents

TRAINING

  • After successful Registration of your form.
  • You will be sent for online training or offline training,
  • After completion of training you will get training certificate.
  • Training will be for 50 hours and
  • Training covers all aspects of life insurance business.

EXAM

  • After successful completion of training You will have to sit for pre-licensing online Examination conducted by The insurance regulatory and development authority (irda).
  • Exam will be of 50 marks and question will be objective.
  • You have to get 17 marks to pass exam.

LICENSE AND ID CARD

  • After successful Completion of the examination you will be Awarded a license & ID card by the LIC to work as an insurance agent. You will be appointed as an agent by our branch office and You will be a part of the team under Development Officer.
